Activities At Our Church
Our church activities include Sunday School, Morning Worship, Sunday Evening and Wednesday
Evening Bible Study, Youth Bible Study on Sunday Nights and Wednesdays, Senior Adult
Fellowships, Our Women's Group - Serving Witnessing Advising Together (S.W.A.T. ), Our Men's
Group (Brotherhood), Church Fellowships, and other occasions when the body of Christ gathers
together.
Our Sunday School: We have classes for everyone from infants to senior adults. Our Sunday
School time is from
9:30 A. M. till 10:30 A. M. each Sunday Morning except for some special occasions.
Our Nursery provides care for both infants and toddlers up to age 4. Nursery workers are on hand
for all services on Sundays and Wednesdays.
Our Children's Department is divided into two groups at this time, older and younger. Other classes
will be added when needed. This allows us to teach your children at a level that is easier for them to
understand.
Our Youth have a very interactive class time with lots of discussion. This group meets on Sunday
Morning, Sunday Night, and Wednesday Night. There are other activities planned throughout the
year for actively involved youth in this group.
Our Adult classes are divided into four groups but are not restricted by age, but are basically divided
that way. You may join in with any adult class of your choosing. We have the "Younger Adult",
"Open Door", "Men's", and "Ester" classes. The "Younger Adult" class is geared toward college age
and those with small children. The :Open Door" class is called that because their door is open to all
age groups. The "Men's" class is geared for senior men. The "Ester" class is our senior adult ladies
class.
Our Sunday Morning Worship is a time of praise to God in song and word. Our starting time is
10:45 A. M. The service ends when the spirit allows the pastor to stop. This time is dedicated to
God and not to ourselves.
Our Bible Study times are an open book study time and that book is the Bible. On Sunday night we
meet at 6:00 P. M. and on Wednesday nights we meet at 6:30 P. M. The study may be a
continuation or it may be a new topic,but it is always from the Word Of God.
Our Men's and Women's meetings are usually held once a month and their purpose is to further the
cause of Christ in our church and our community.
Our Church fellowships are usually a time of food, fun, and enjoying good Christian company, but
they are also a time of sharing Christ and a Christlike attitude with other people. Our fellowships are
listed on our calendar page and we invite you to join with us in our church's activities.
